We recently moved to a NEW location on April 2, 2018. We are now located at 36 South River Road, Suite 2, Halifax. We are next to the Halifax Fire House, and across the street from Sheetz. We are in the same building as Family Practice Center, Halifax (Dr. Ettlinger and Dr. Yutronich). 

We have been serving the Northern Dauphin Region since 1983 and we are honored to now serve the Halifax Community. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Jessica Lentz (Schreppel) also has interest in treating neurological disorders as well as the pediatric population, in addition to all the services listed above. Jessica and the office staff works closely with Halifax High School, serving their athletic and school population.

Athletic Trainer

Jessica Lentz, DPT, LAT, ATC, Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer for CPRS Physical Therapy has been a professional with CPRS since 2010. She attended the Pennsylvania State University for a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training. She worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at Upper Dauphin High School for 5 years, before going to back to school. Jessica attended Neumann University and received a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2015. She currently resides in Elizabethville with her husband Ryan and two cats Manny and Nox. 

Jarod Koons, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Jarod Koons, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2013.  Jarod is a graduate of Upper Dauphin High School.  He received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science at Lock Haven University and an Associate's degree for Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Penn College.  Currently, Jarod resides in Dauphin and enjoys being a volunteer umpire for little league and teener league sports, working out and traveling.
