Office Information

CPRS Lititz is officially open as of September 10, 2018. We are extremely proud to be back serving the Lititz community and surrounding area. We have an extremely talented and skilled team ready to get you back to what you love most. We offer a variety of services including Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab, Wellness and Occupational Health. Kristin Miller, DPT, OCS

Orthopedic Certified Specialist

Kristin Miller, PT, DPT, OCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2016.  Kristin is a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School.  Additionally, Kristin has earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychobiology and Health Sciences from Lebanon Valley College, as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College.  Kristin completed CPRS’ orthopedic residency program in 2018, and is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Currently, Kristin resides in Lancaster and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs, as well as playing soccer, exercising, hiking, kayaking, traveling, attending concerts, interior design, and shopping. 


   

Christopher Nguyen, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant 

 
Chris Nguyen, PTA, has been with CPRS and a professional since 2021. Chris is a graduate from Central Penn College and he also earned his Bachelor’s in Biology and Athletic Training at Millersville University. In his spare time, Chris enjoys bodybuilding and powerlifting, and the great outdoors. Fun fact: Chris once completed a rubik’s cube in 1 minute and 45 seconds. 


Kara Frazier, PTA

Kara Frazier, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2017.  Kara is a graduate of Midland High School.  Kara received her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Penn College.  Additionally, Kara has a B.F.A. in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design. Currently Kara resides in Lancaster and competes in power lifting, enjoys reading, video games, and spending time with her husband and their pets.  



 

Lyn Kaiser, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
            

 
Lyn Kaiser OTR/L is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with CPRS. She has been with CPRS since 2018. Lynn graduated from Pennridge High School. In her spare time, Lyn enjoys adventures with family and friends, kayaking, going to the beach, and tackling projects around the house. Lyn also recently adopted a very energetic dog that keeps her busy!

Aimee Ketchum, OTR/L, CNMI
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Certified Newborn Massage Instructor

Aimee E. Ketchum, OTR/L, CNMI, pediatric occupational therapist and certified newborn massage instructor, has been with CPRS since 2014 and a professional for over 21 years. Aimee attended Manheim Central High School. She received an undergraduate degree from Misericordia University. Aimee enjoys running, acting, directing, singing, and yoga. Additionally, she is owner/operator of Aimee's Babies, a child development company, a certified instructor for PA-Keys, teaching early child development, a yoga instructor and mom of 2 daughters. Aimee resides in Lititz.
