CPRS Physical Therapy is a Medicare certified Outpatient Private Practice that provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Occupational Health and Wellness throughout the Central Pennsylvania Region and surrounding areas.  CPRS Physical Therapy was founded in Millersburg, PA in 1983 by two Physical Therapists with the idea that Physical Therapy could and should be built around our clients and for our clients. 25 years later, these founding principles provide the base for CPRS clinics in 7 counties throughout Central Pennsylvania and surrounding communities.
