Tom Marsilio is CEO and President of CPRS. Tom is a licensed physical therapist, licensed for Direct Access, and an Exercise Physiologist. He has been with CPRS since 1998 and a professional since 1996. Tom is a graduate of Marian Catholic High School. Additionally, Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his graduate degree from Hahnemann University. Tom resides in Wrightsville and enjoys working out, running, car restoration, playing with his dog, and home projects. Additionally, Tom was a full Division I-A Student-Athlete, receiving a football scholarship and a Rhodes/Marshal Scholarship nomination. He was also a Chancellor Advisor, a member of Alpha Eta Society and Phi Kappa Honor Society, a Peach Bowl Scholar Athlete, and a member of Golden Key National Honor Society.

Matt Morgan, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CSCS is a physical therapist with CPRS. Matt has been with CPRS since 2005 and a professional since 2004. Matt is a graduate of Milton High School. Additionally, Matt received his undergraduate degree from Messiah College and his graduate degree from the University of Delaware. Matt Currently Resides in Millerstown and enjoys outdoor activities, sports, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Mark Brown, MSPT, OCS, Cert. MDT is the Residency Director of CPRS. Mark is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie). Mark has been with CPRS for twenty years and has twenty-one years experience as a professional. Mark is a graduate of Central Columbia High School, has an undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University and graduate degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Currently Mark resides in Harrisburg and enjoys family time, skiing, kayaking, and traveling. In addition to treating all orthopedic conditions in the adolescent and geriatric populations, Mark has extensive experience treating vestibular disorders and temporomandibular dysfunction.

Jerry Rush, MPT, OCS is a physical therapist and Executive Vice President with CPRS. Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a professional since 2002. He is a graduate of Butler Area High School. Additionally, Jerry earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University. Jerry currently resides in Lititz and enjoys landscaping and road cycling. Jerry also serves as vice chair of the Private Practice Special Interest Group of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and serves on the Intermediate and Advanced Leadership Committee of the American Physical Therapy Association's Institute for Leadership in Physical Therapy (LAMP).

Daniel Bowerman, MPT, OCS, CSCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2003. Daniel is a graduate of Manheim Central School District and has an undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Dan currently resides in Manheim and enjoys exercise, sports and games, family and church. Dan and his wife have two children and a black lab named Pepper.

Scott Heltzel, DPT, MTC, OCS, Cert MDT has been a professional with CPRS since 2002. Scott is a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School, veteran of the U.S. Army, received a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University and his Doctorate degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. He received his certification in Manual Therapy in 2004, certification in the McKenzie Spine system of diagnosis and treatment in 2007, and certification as an orthopaedic specialist in 2008. Scott is an instructor with the CPRS Orthopaedic Residency Program, helping to facilitate higher learning to current physical therapists. In addition to treating all orthopaedic and neurological conditions, Scott specializes in treatment of headaches, TMJ dysfunction, spinal dysfunction, sacroiliac problems, and vestibular care. He resides in Dillsburg with his wife and 4 children, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, weight lifting, and bodybuilding competition.



Janelle Minier, MBA

Janelle Minier, MBA has been with CPRS since 2010 and a Human Resources professional since 2006.  Janelle is a graduate of Halifax Area High School.  Additionally, Janelle received her Associates degree from Harrisburg Area Community College.  Janelle received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and Masters of Business Administration from Shippensburg University.  Currently, Janelle resides in Millersburg and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.
