Office Information

CPRS in Dillsburg is conveniently located on North Baltimore Street, directly next to the post office. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

Scott, our clinic coordinator, has extensive experience treating all orthopedic, back, and neck injuries/conditions, and is board certified in orthopedics, and a McKenzie certified therapist. In addition to treating all orthopaedic and neurological conditions, Scott specializes in treatment of headaches, TMJ dysfunction, spinal dysfunction, sacroiliac problems, and vestibular care.

Scott Heltzel, DPT, MTC, OCS, Cert MDT has been a professional with CPRS since 2002. Scott is a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School, veteran of the U.S. Army, received a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University and his Doctorate degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. He received his certification in Manual Therapy in 2004, certification in the McKenzie Spine system of diagnosis and treatment in 2007, and certification as an orthopaedic specialist in 2008. Scott is an instructor with the CPRS Orthopaedic Residency Program, helping to facilitate higher learning to current physical therapists. In addition to treating all orthopaedic and neurological conditions, Scott specializes in treatment of headaches, TMJ dysfunction, spinal dysfunction, sacroiliac problems, and vestibular care. He resides in Dillsburg with his wife and 4 children, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, weight lifting, and bodybuilding competition.


Brian Lewis, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


Brian Lewis, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant with CPRS. He has been with CPRS and a professional since 2001. Brian is a graduate East Pennsboro Area High School. Additionally, Brian has earned his undergraduate degree from Central Pennsylvania College. He currently resides in Dillsburg and enjoys playing drums and spending time with his wife, two children, and their dogs.


Ashley Miller, PT, DPT 
Physical Therapist


Ashley Miller, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2018 and a professional since 2018.  Ashley has an undergraduate degree from Messiah College and graduate degree from Temple University.  Currently Ashley resides in Carlisle and enjoys spending time with her husband, helping with her church's youth group, playing tennis and soccer, and crafting things found on Pinterest.
