Office Information

CPRS in Gap is located in the Houston Run Complex, near the Route 30 and 41 intersection, where you can also find a variety of other businesses and organizations such as the Shady Maple Cafe. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Industrial Rehab, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. Our Wellness Program offers several different programs such as: general membership, personal or group training, sports specific rehab, and healthy lifestyles program. Thomas Messner, PT, DPT
Clinic Manager
Physical Therapist



Thomas Messner, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2018 and a professional since 2015. He earned his undergraduate degree of Biology and graduate degree of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University. Thomas started his physical therapist career in northern New Jersey where he directed an outpatient clinic that specialized in rehabilitation of post operative ACL reconstruction, athletes in return to sport programs, joint replacements, geriatrics, and a small concentration of rehabilitation for those with amputations. He moved to Lancaster with his wife in 2018 and they are expecting their first child in November.



Tiffany Harleman, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist



Tiffany Harleman, PT, DPT has been with CPRS and a professional since 2016.  Tiffany is a graduate of Lehighton Area High School.  Additionally, Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College. Currently Tiffany resides in Lancaster and enjoys running, lifting, hiking, and other outdoor recreational activities.

 



Kara Frazier, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant



Kara Frazier, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2017.  Kara is a graduate of Midland High School.  Kara received her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Penn College.  Additionally, Kara has a B.F.A. in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design. Currently Kara resides in Lancaster and competes in power lifting, enjoys reading, video games, and spending time with her husband and their pets.

Matt Mangus has been with CPRS since 2018 and is a Wellness Coordinator.
