Office Information

CPRS in Lancaster is conveniently located on Granite Run Drive, which is between Manheim and Fruitville Pike. The office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 

In addition to these specific services, Steve, our clinic manager, also completed CPRS' accredited orthopedic residency program. Our office also works closely with several local school districts including: School District of Lancaster, Manheim Township, and Lancaster Mennonite. Jerry Rush, MPT, OCS, CEAS

Jerry Rush MPT, OCS, CEAS is a physical therapist and Vice President of Operations South with CPRS.  Jerry has been with CPRS since 2005 and a physical therapist since 2002.  A native of the Pittsburgh area, he earned is undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University.  He is an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Jerry is a past recipient of the national LAMPLighter Award through the HPA section of the American Physical Therapy Association.  The award recognizes those who have affected significant change in the physical therapy field through formal or informal leadership.  Jerry is a member of the APTA and serves as secretary for the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice Special Interest Group.  He resides in Lititz with his family. 

Karen Gallo, PT, DPT, CLT

Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Karen Gallo, PT, DPT, Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), has been with CPRS since 2013 and a professional since 1996. Karen is a physical therapist specializing in outpatient lymphedema since 2010 with experience in breast-cancer related lymphedema, lower extremity lymphedema, and lymphedema of the head and neck. She also fits for many brands of ready-to-wear and custom compression stockings as well as upper and lower extremity compression garments for lymphedema and other diagnoses. Karen received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the College Misericordia and her Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Karen is a member of the APTA and enjoys traveling, cooking, and outings with her husband Vince in their vintage cars.

Jennifer Estes, PT, DPT

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Jennifer Estes, DPT,  is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist with CPRS.  She recently moved to Pennsylvania from the Midwest where she graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After retiring from being a professional ballerina she went on to Osteopathic Medical School gaining extensive skilled training in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy including clinical rotations with urogynecology, obstetrics, and gastroenterology where  she recognized the inherent need for a collaborative approach for those with pelvic floor dysfunction across the lifespan, male and female, leading her to pursue physical therapy and ultimately specialize in pelvic health. She combines a holistic approach with a passion for listening and empowering patients to optimize their quality of life through the intricacies of their dysfunction while aiding in their journey through manual based therapies and maximizing gains through individualized education and lifelong core exercises. Jennifer enjoys time with her family and leading a life filled with dance, music, passion, and laughter.  

Caitlin Sigle,PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Caitlin Sigle, PTA has been with CPRS since 2014. She is a graduate of Warwick High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University and her PTA degree from Central Penn College. Caitlin currently resides in Lititz with her husband and two children. She enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.
