Office Information

CPRS in New Holland, is conveniently located on Main Street, next to New Holland Family Practice and Yoder's Country Market. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, Oncology Rehab Program, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community and with Garden Spot High School. Kristin Miller, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist 


Kristin Miller, PT, DPT, OCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2016.  Kristin is a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School.  Additionally, Kristin has earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychobiology and Health Sciences from Lebanon Valley College, as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College.  Kristin recently completed CPRS’ orthopedic residency program in 2018, and is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Currently, Kristin resides in Lancaster and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs, as well as playing soccer, exercising, hiking, kayaking, traveling, attending concerts, interior design, and shopping. 



Dakoda Leid, PT, DPT 
Physical Therapist


Dakoda Leid, DPT, has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018. Dakoda is a graduate of Garden Spot High School. Additionally, Dakoda has an undergraduate degree and doctorate of physical therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College. Dakoda is excited to return to his home town and deliver quality evidence based care to the community he grew up in.  Currently, Dakoda resides in Denver with his wife and their dog Willy. He enjoys lifting, spending time with family and friends, and the outdoors. 


Shirley Martin, PTA 
Physical Therapist Assistant


 

Shirley Martin, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2013. Shirley is a graduate of Ephrata High School. Additionally, she received her Associate's Degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Shirley resides in Narvon with her husband. They have four married children and enjoy spending time with family (particularly their grandchildren), biking and traveling.
