Office Information

CPRS in Elizabethville offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Health, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Our office also works closely with the local school districts including: Millersburg, Upper Dauphin, and Williams Valley.


Ian, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy / Clinic Manager
Ian, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2020. Ian is a graduate of Millersburg Area High School and earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College. He is currently taking continuing education courses with NAIOMT to earn his certification in orthopedic manual therapy. In addition to his passion for manual therapy, Ian also has experience treating vestibular conditions and neurological conditions, with most of his focus on spinal cord injury during his studies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and vacationing at the beach/Disney. Ian is also an avid triathlete, and you can often find him training for his next Ironman event.


Jarod, PTA Assistant Manager / Physical Therapist Assistant
Jarod, PTA joined CPRS in 2024. Jarod is a graduate of Upper Dauphin High School in 2008. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Lock Haven University in 2012. Upon completion, Jarod attended Central Penn College 2012-2013, in which he received an Associate’s Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant. Jarod has been a professional since 2013, in which he was employed by CPRS from 2013-2022. He spent nearly two years (2022-2024) working in Sub-acute rehab, working primarily with the geriatric population. Jarod has since rejoined the CPRS team. He currently resides in Millersburg and enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Shawna and son Shea.


Erika, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy
Erika, PT, DPT has been with CPRS since 2011 and a professional since 2009. She is a graduate of Upper Dauphin High School. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lebanon Valley College. Currently, she resides in Millersburg. Erika is active in her church and local community and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Cortney, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy
Cortney, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2025. Cortney is a graduate of Line Mountain High School. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her free time, Cortney enjoys being outside, spending time with her family and dog, and watching football.

Sherry, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Sherry, PTA has been with CPRS since 1993 and a professional since 1991. Sherry is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School. Additionally, Sherry has an undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. She currently resides in Halifax with her husband Corey and children Caleb and Joshua. When not at work Sherry enjoys biking, hiking and sporting activities with her family.

Melissa, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Melissa, PTA is a 2020 graduate of Central Penn College. She is also a graduate of Bloomsburg University and Line Mountain High School. Melissa enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and being active. Melissa currently lives in Millersburg and enjoys spending time with her dog, Zoe and husband.
