CPRS in Hughesville office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Johnathan, PT, DPT

Clinic Manager

Doctor of Physical Therapy 

 

Johnathan, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in 2022 and has been a licensed physical therapist since 2021. He is a graduate of Hughesville High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021.

Johnathan has experience treating patients with vertigo and enjoys working with a wide variety of outpatient diagnoses. He resides in Muncy with his wife and their Pomeranian, Loki. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fly fishing, and fly tying.





Megan, PT, DPT, COMT

Doctor of Physical Therapy 

 

Megan, PT, DPT, COMT, joined CPRS in 2025 and has been a licensed physical therapist since 2021. She is a graduate of Hughesville High School and earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. Megan has also completed training as a Certified Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Therapist through NAIOMT.

She enjoys helping members of her community return to the activities they love. Megan resides in Hughesville with her husband, son, Newfoundland dog, and sassy orange cat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, hiking, and playing soccer.

 




Jessica, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant 

 

Jessica, PTA, joined CPRS in 2024 and has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2002, earning her Associate’s degree from Penn State University, Hazleton. She has served as a Clinical Instructor since 2009, training numerous PTA students throughout her career.

Jessica has extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions, as well as supporting the elderly community and sports recovery. She is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family.
