Office Information

CPRS in Lewisberry in conveniently located off 83, on Yorktown Road, directly next to RedCedar Family Practice, and Wellness Center. Our offices offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 



Abbie, PT, DPT, OCS

Abbie, DPT, OCS has been with CPRS and a professional since 2018.  Abbie is a graduate of Spring Grove High School, followed by receiving her Bachelor’s in Health Administration and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.  She completed CPRS’s residency program in 2019, becoming Board Certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2020.  Abbie enjoys treating all diagnoses, head to toe, but more specifically enjoys post-surgical treatment, Vertigo treatment, and treating athletes from West Shore School District.  Her orthopedic specialty training has given her farther education on advanced low back pain treatment, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction treatment, as well as advanced diagnosis abilities in orthopedic diagnosis.  She is licensed as a Direct Access provider, allowing patients to see her directly without a referral, based on insurance approval.  Currently, Abbie resides in Spring Grove with her husband, daughter, and dogs.  They enjoy biking, Jeepin’, and all things outdoors.  



Nick, PTA

Nick, PTA joined CPRS in 2000 and is a licensed professional since 1998. Nick is a graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. Additionally, he earned his undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. Nick currently resides in Wormleysburg and enjoys fishing and biking.


 
Zachry, PTA

Zachry, PTA joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2015.  Zachry is a graduate of Red Land High School.  Additionally, Zachry earned his undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. Currently, he resides in York and enjoys running, kayaking, drawing, and hiking.

 

Colin, DPT

Physical Therapist


Colin, PT, DPT joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2022. Colin graduated high school from Central York where he played ice hockey. Additionally, he earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. Colin enjoys treating all diagnoses including vertigo, sports injuries, surgical rehabilitation, and low back pain. His treatment style includes a hands on approach with techniques to help restore strength and mobility to help reach your goals and return to the activities you love to do! In his spare time, Colin enjoys activities such as golfing, fishing, hiking, boating, and skiing.


 

 


Shannon, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

                              

Shannon, PTA joined CPRS in 2022. Shannon is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School.  Additionally, Shannon has an undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University in Exercises Science with a Coaching Minor. Shannon obtained her associates degree as a PTA from Central Penn College. She also served with the PA Army National Guard for 6 years. Currently, Shannon resides in Wormleysburg with her husband and step-daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, coaching her U9 girls' soccer team, and spending time with family.



 

Brandon, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy 

                              

Brandon, PT, DPT joined CPRS in 2023 as Doctor of Physical Therapy, and has previously worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2017. Brandon is a York County native and a graduate from Dallastown High School. Additionally, he earned his undergraduate degree from West Chester University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Brandon currently resides in Dover with his wife and two dogs. In his spare time,  he enjoys hiking, DIY projects around the house, and playing yard games.
