Office Information

Our Manheim office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Orthopedics, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, Oncology Rehab Program, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Dan Bowerman, our clinic manager, has extensive training in treating all orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions/injuries and is a board certified orthopedic specialist. Dan is also a prominent figure in the Manheim Community and is heavily involved with Manheim Touchdown Club, and a member of the Manheim Chamber of Commerce.

Our Manheim offices work closely with the student athletes, faculty, and staff at Manheim Central School, the alma mater of our clinic manager, Dan Bowerman, and staff therapist Allison Shellenberger. For more information please contact 717-665-0400.


Adam Siegrist, PT, DPT Clinic Manager Physical Therapist
Adam, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in August, 2019. Adam earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Alvernia University. Adam played basketball during his undergraduate years at Alvernia. Adam was trained at CPRS Manheim and began working for CPRS immediately after graduation from Alvernia. He looks forward to treating the surrounding community with evidence based physical therapy to help people return to work, sports, and daily physical activities. Adam specializes in post-operative orthopedics, treatment of the spine and balance rehab. Additionally, Adam has experience in vestibular rehabilitation, sports injuries, POTS and hand therapy. Adam’s wife Mariah has been a PTA at our Manheim office for the past several years. Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports and being outdoors.

Allison, PT, DPT Physical Therapist
Allison, PT, DPT has been with CPRS and worked as a professional since 2011. Allison is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her graduate degree from Arcadia University. Currently, Allison resides in Lititz and enjoys boating, sports, and being outdoors.

Chandler, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Chandler, PTA, has been with CPRS since 2020. Chandler was a homeschool graduate and furthered his education at Liberty University earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (fitness specialist concentration). He then earned his PTA degree at Central Penn College. He currently resides with his wife in Lancaster, PA. Outside of work you can most likely catch him training at the gym, hiking, or watching/playing baseball.

Mariah, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Mariah, PTA has been with CPRS and worked as a professional since 2016. Mariah is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. Currently, she resides in Lititz with her husband and enjoys growing plants, spending time with family and friends, and any activity involving the outdoors.

Allison, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Allison, PTA, joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2022. Allison is a graduate of Manheim Central High School and earned her PTA degree at Central Penn College. Allison currently resides in Manheim and enjoys reading, music and spending time with friends and family.

Michael, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Michael, PTA, joined CPRS in 2023 and is a licensed professional since 2023. He is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. Additionally, Michael earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University - Hazleton. Michael resides in Manheim and enjoys football.
