Office Information

CPRS in Mountville is conveniently located on College Avenue, in the Mountville Business Center. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. 


Kristin, PT, DPT 

Clinic Manager
Doctor of Physical Therapy 

Kristin, DPT, joined CPRS and is a licensed physical therapist since 2015. She is a graduate of Dallastown High School and earned her undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College, followed by her doctoral degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Kristin currently resides in Elizabethtown and enjoys hiking, running, and reading in her free time. 

 

 

Amber, PTA 

Physical Therapist Assistant

 

Amber, PTA, joined CPRS in January 2025. She began her career as a Certified Massage Therapist and then returned to Central Penn College where she graduated with an Associate's Degree in Applies Sciences. Amber gained two additional certifications in Myofascial Release where she treated chronic pain patients and Cancer Rehabilitation. Additionally, Amber enjoys reading, writing, photography, and spending time in her local congregation. 


Bry'Quan "Quan", PTA 

Physical Therapist Assistant

 

Quan, PTA, joined CPRS in January 2026. He is a graduate of York County School of Technology and earned his associate degree from Central Penn College. Quan currently resides in York with his wife, Yoselin. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, working out, trying new foods, and binge-watching TV shows with his wife.
