Office Information

CPRS Selinsgrove is conveniently located in Selinsgrove Mall, former Sears wing. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Occupational Health, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training. Our office also works with the plain community, as well as the students, staff, and faculty at the local school district. We are proud to serve the community for many years to come.



Makayla, PT, DPT Clinic Manager Doctor of Physical Therapy
Makayla, PT, DPT joined CPRS in August of 2023. She graduated from the University of North Carolina- Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University. She currently resides in Middleburg. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, and traveling.

Erica, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy
Erica, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in April of 2024. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She currently resides in Selinsgrove with her husband and 2 children. During her free time, she enjoys working in her family’s restaurant, Amato’s Pizza. You might also find her exercising at her gym, Stack’D Fit.

Rebecca, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy
Rebecca, PT, DPT, joined CPRS in June of 2025. She graduated from Misericordia University with both a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She currently resides in Bloomsburg. During her free time, she enjoys spending time on her family’s apple orchard with her husband and 3 children.

Shaelyn, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy

Shaelyn PT, DPT, joined CPRS in August 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Francis University. Shaelyn currently resides in Shamokin, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, camping, baking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her puppy, Frankie.

Trevor, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Trevor, PTA, is a licensed professional and joined CPRS in 2019. Trevor is a graduate from Midd-West High School and received his undergraduate degree from Central Penn College. Currently, Trevor resides in Beavertown and enjoys hunting, fishing, football, boating, and hanging out with friends and family.
