Office Information

CPRS in Shermans Dale is conveniently located on Spring Road. Our office offers a wide variety of services including: Physical Therapy, Vestibular Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-Operative Therapy, Oncology Rehab Program, Diabetes Management, and Wellness. We offer several wellness programs including: general membership, healthy lifestyles, personal training, and sports specific training.

Tanner, PT, DPT, CMPT
Clinic Manager

Doctor of Physical Therapy                     

 
Tanner, PT, DPT, CMPT joined CPRS and is a licensed professional since 2019. Tanner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. In 2020, Tanner became a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMT, an eclectic approach to holistic and personalized treatment programs. Tanner is a neuromusculoskeletal expert and specializes in osteopathic mobilizations and all orthopedic/sports injuries. He also has extensive experience treating chronic pain conditions and vertigo/vestibular dysfunctions. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his friends and family, working around his house, training his German Shepherd, and being outdoors.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Amy, PTA has been with CPRS and a professional since 2001. Amy is a graduate of Wellsboro Area High School. She received her undergraduate degree from Wilkes University and Central Penn College. Currently, Amy resides in Shermans Dale.
